The same Embassy text, in public English, is also an improving instrument: a surviving Jewish philosophical-diplomatic brief that records resistance, delay, and argument. The dated carrier is the Loeb/Yonge English. Gaius did not authorise this indictment.

## Context

Victim-community prose is how the statue crisis is known independently of Suetonius. That is a rights-documentation gain. The order itself remains the worsening twin.
