# Cabinet allows COSCO a reduced stake in a Hamburg terminal

In October 2022 the cabinet allowed COSCO a 24.9 percent stake in a Tollerort terminal after the chancellor pushed back against a full block sought by several ministries. It is a completed investment-screening act.
