# Germany enacts the post-Fukushima nuclear phase-out

In June 2011 the Bundestag reversed the 2010 life-extension and set a 2022 nuclear exit after Fukushima. Eight plants closed immediately; the rest were dated. It is a completed energy statute of her second term.
