In August 2023 Estonian media reported that Stark Logistics, linked to Arvo Hallik, had transported goods related to Russia after February 2022. [Kallas](/people/kaja-kallas) said she had not known. The firm then said it would stop. It is an integrity finding, not a criminal judgment against her.
