Wotke’s 1888 Vatican Sayings include the line that friendship dances around the world announcing happiness. A saying is not a mutual-aid statute.

## Context

Garden friendship is the positive twin of quietism. It builds a dense in-group. Cohesion inside the group can be real while civic cohesion thins. Split those signs across rows.
