# Court of Justice restores the Apple Ireland State-aid decision

On 10 September 2024 the Court of Justice set aside the General Court and restored the Commission finding that Ireland granted Apple illegal aid, confirming a 13 billion euro recovery. It is a completed judicial restoration of her original decision.
