# European Court of Auditors reports on COVID-19 vaccine procurement

On 12 September 2022 the European Court of Auditors published Special Report 19/2022 on EU COVID-19 vaccine procurement. It found limited preliminary research, concentrated negotiation authority, and incomplete access to some contract records, including the Commission President’s exchanges.
