On 11 May 2016 [Vestager](/people/tech-margrethe-vestager) prohibited CK Hutchison’s takeover of Telefónica’s O2 UK, keeping four mobile networks. Operators called it anti-investment. The prohibition is a completed merger decision later litigated.
