# Union adopts the Ukraine Facility regulation

Date: 2024

Regulation (EU) 2024/792 of 29 February 2024 created the Ukraine Facility to finance reconstruction, reforms, and macro-financial support. The Commission proposed and administers the instrument. The Council and Parliament enacted it.
