# French Senate reports on consulting-firm contracts including McKinsey

Date: 2022

On 16 March 2022 a Senate committee published a report on the state’s use of consulting firms. It found that some COVID-era contracts, including with McKinsey, could not be fully reconstructed from official files. The report is an oversight finding, not a criminal judgment.
