In 1695 Leibniz’s New System of the Nature and Communication of Substances appeared as a dated journal presentation of pre-established harmony. It is not the Theodicy and not the Berlin Academy charter.

Journal metaphysics is still a public instrument. SEP and Britannica independently date the 1695 New System. Later Kantian reception is not this print.
