# Haftar's forces halted exports again after a brief oil restart

After NOC briefly lifted force majeure and a tanker began loading at Es Sider, forces under [Haftar](/people/khalifa-haftar)'s command ordered a renewed halt to exports. NOC said the reversal again prevented Libyan production from normalizing.
