# 'Kubatov lists' of voters' party preferences spark complaint

In December 2012 the opposition Együtt 2014 turned to Hungary's data-protection commissioner, Attila Péterfalvi, over the '[Kubatov](/people/gabor-kubatov) lists', databases of voters' political preferences reportedly compiled by Fidesz party director Gábor Kubatov's organisation, after a leaked video. Péterfalvi declined to investigate, citing an earlier review of Fidesz's database.
