On 10 July 1966 King posted SCLC’s Chicago demands at City Hall and led rallies naming slum landlords and dual housing markets as the northern Jim Crow.

It is one event.

## Context

A demand can fail and still put a market on the record. The Summit’s unenforced close is the worsening twin.
