In February–March 1959 King toured India as a student of Gandhi’s campaigns, returning to publish the method as American mass nonviolence rather than as private piety.

It is one event.

A study trip is not Montgomery, which already happened. It is a teaching-access instrument that copied an existing Indian file into SCLC training.
