On 29 November 2025 [Sabah](/people/sabah-al-ahmad-al-jaber-al-sabah) voted. Gabungan Rakyat Sabah retained the leading state role under Hajiji Noor; [Pakatan Harapan](/organizations/pakatan-harapan) remained a junior federal-and-state partner rather than the principal winner.
