# Pegasus project reporting shows Polish opposition figures among targets

In 2021 the Pegasus project and later Senate work indicated Polish use of NSO spyware against opposition and lawyers. [Morawiecki](/people/mateusz-morawiecki)’s government denied abuse. It is an oversight record, not a completed criminal judgment against him.
