# Smolensk crash occurs during Tusk’s first premiership

Date: 2010

On 10 April 2010 the presidential Tu-154 crashed at Smolensk. Tusk was prime minister. Investigations followed. The crash is a disaster; later politicisation is a polarization file. Neither is treated here as a proven assassination.
