# Ukraine enacts a law blocking return of nationalised PrivatBank to Kolomoisky

In July 2021 the Rada adopted a law, signed by the president, making it harder to reverse the nationalisation of PrivatBank. The IMF had made the file a condition. It is a completed banking-integrity statute.
