# Anti-corruption bodies pursue wartime reconstruction and customs cases

Through 2023–2024 NABU and SAPO pursued customs, recruitment, and reconstruction cases, including files that embarrassed presidential allies. The president sometimes backed the agencies and sometimes clashed with them. The cases are official, not a completed cleansing.
