Viktor Yanukovych was president of Ukraine from 25 February 2010 to 22 February 2014. He has lived in Russia since the flight. The Rada’s 22 February resolution is a neighbouring constitutional instrument. Petro Poroshenko and Viktor Medvedchuk are named as unresolved. This run does not mint them.
