Ronald Marapon dela Rosa, known by his nickname Bato, is a Filipino politician, retired police officer, and fugitive. He has been a senator of the Philippines since 2019. He served under the Duterte administration as the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) from July 1, 2016, to April 19, 2018, overseeing the government's war on drugs.
