By creating an account, accessing restricted materials, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account, and to meet any applicable minimum age to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Nature of the content
Factrail publishes analysis derived from public facts and a published scoring formula. Some materials are produced with the assistance of automated research and language models and should be read within the published methodology. The content is provided for information only. It is not financial, legal, medical, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for independent advice.
Accounts, subscriptions and tokens
A free account unlocks basic reading. Paid plans and token-metered access unlock restricted materials and extended analysis. The current plans, prices, billing periods and included allowances are shown on the Pricing page and again before checkout. Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account; cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: do not attempt to break access controls, scrape or redistribute restricted materials at scale, disrupt the Service, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Service, its formula, editorial materials and design are owned by Factrail or its licensors. Underlying public facts are not owned by us. You may read and share links to published pages; you may not republish restricted materials without permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Factrail is not liable for decisions made on the basis of published analysis, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make a material change we will publish the updated version here with a new effective date, and — where the change is significant — ask you to review and re-accept it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Factrail's operator is established. The specific governing law and competent courts are published in this document once finalized; until then, please contact us with any legal questions.
