What the sources establish

Reuters carries the official instrument or communique. BBC News records the same dated act independently.

Established: The 25 October 2015 referendum passed as announced on 27 October and adjusted by the Court. The text removed the two-term cap and the age-70 ceiling.

Not established: A unique turnout integer reconciling 72.44 percent with critics’ lower figure, or that Denis-Christel is minted.

Sharing Interior turnout figures is not a reason to drop 25 October 2015.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies Referendum scraps presidential term limits and the age-70 ceiling, not a later speech about Referendum scraps presidential term limits and the age-70 ceiling.

Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He called the referendum and promulgated the text. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
