From 1618 printed broadsheets and newsbooks carried religious-war propaganda at scale. This Fact stores that later use of the press Gutenberg demonstrated, not his presence in Prague.
Context
A technique can print Vesalius and can print a massacre sheet. Split 1543 science from 1618 hatred. Confidence on Gutenberg’s personal responsibility is rightly low; the catalog still records the later path.
Johannes Gutenberg is not the sole author of every later object, law, or museum label that uses the name. Shared work with courts, excavators, printers, spouses, officials, and later states does not erase a documented role, and it does not make an ancient person the signer of a twentieth-century statute.
Why it matters
War-propaganda path. High confidence that war print existed; low on a unique Mainz coefficient.
A newsbook is not Helmasperger.

Complex: later war publics and printers. Mainz is a distant industrial origin, not a 1618 command.
