On 21 December 2011 the National Assembly adopted cardinal Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on local governments, pulling schools and health up to the state and shrinking county roles. The Council of Europe Congress later recorded the autonomy loss. This Fact is that dated municipal statute. It is not the 2012 KLIK schools sitting taken alone, not the 2011 church law, and not a personality. Official text sits in the National Legal Database; the Congress report is the independent file.
