Context

Keep Dáil names Martin Taoiseach again; housing named as enormous pressure on 2025-01-23 separate from neighbouring 8 February 2020 election, 27 June 2020 nomination, 17 December 2022 rotation, 29 November 2024 election, and 23 January 2025 nomination.

The Taoiseach can accept a Dáil nomination, name a cabinet, and rotate the office under a coalition deal. He does not sit as the President, as Housing’s day-to-day minister, or as Sinn Féin. A 23 January 2025 nomination is not authorship of every later housing completion. Sharing a coalition with Fine Gael is not a reason to drop 27 June 2020.

Established: The Dáil named him Taoiseach on 23 January 2025. The speech named housing as enormous pressure.

Not established: A unique later housing-stock integer as size, or a minted Harris page.

Sharing the cabinet with Fine Gael is not a reason to drop 23 January 2025.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies Dáil names Martin Taoiseach again; housing named as enormous pressure, not a later speech about Dáil names Martin Taoiseach again; housing named as enormous pressure.

Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He accepted the nomination and named the housing and migration ministers.
