Context
This is an occupation court, not a neutral theology seminar. Later nationalist uses of the victim are a different harm row. Rehabilitation in 1456 is a different justice row.
Joan of Arc is not the sole author of every later object, law, or museum label that uses the name. Shared work with courts, excavators, printers, spouses, officials, and later states does not erase a documented role, and it does not make an ancient person the signer of a twentieth-century statute.
Why it matters
Corrupt-jurisdiction path. High confidence that the trial opened in January 1431.
An opening minute is not a burning. Keep 30 May separate.
