On 18 May 2018 the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control designated Diosdado Cabello Rondón under E.O. 13692, adding CABELLO RONDON, Diosdado to the SDN list with his brother José David Cabello, his wife Marleny Contreras, and alleged front man Rafael Sarria, and blocking named Florida companies and properties. Those narcotics sentences are allegations inside a sanctions instrument, not a criminal conviction. He did not sit as OFAC.
