Orwell’s 1945 Animal Farm is a dated political beast-fable that the public record treats as descending from Aesopic form. Aesop did not write the October Revolution. Contribution is formal ancestry, kept small.

Context

A 1945 novel is not a sixth-century pamphlet. The gain is that beast-fable remained a tool against one-party myth. Weight stays low.

Aesop is not the sole author of every later object, law, or museum label that uses the name. Shared work with courts, excavators, printers, spouses, officials, and later states does not erase a documented role, and it does not make an ancient person the signer of a twentieth-century statute.
