Gyeongju joint fact sheet restates 15 percent reciprocal tariffs and auto-rate alignment

On 29 October 2025 in Gyeongju the United States and South Korea released a joint fact sheet restating the July strategic deal: 15 percent reciprocal tariffs on originating Korean goods, with autos and parts brought toward that rate versus a prior 25 percent auto hit, against the still-open $350 billion-class investment architecture.
