In the early hours of 10 April 2022 the National Assembly passed a no-confidence motion against Imran Khan, the first such removal of a Pakistani prime minister.
Context
Coalition partners had defected. The Court had restored the session. Shehbaz was elected the next day. He did not write the 1973 constitution’s Article 95. A completed removal is still ordinary rotation after an extraordinary week.
The 3 April dissolution advice is the neighbouring opening. Shehbaz’s 11 April election is on Shehbaz’s row.
Pakistan’s prime minister is elected by the National Assembly and chairs the cabinet. He does not write IMF Executive Board minutes, Indian statutes, army operational orders, NAB judgments, or PBS CPI methodology. A maiden speech is not a Finance Act. A rally is not a gazette. A diplomatic cable is not a completed foreign coup. A tweet is not a statute.
Why it matters
The path is democratic resilience: a completed no-confidence removal records that a parliamentary majority can still change a prime minister, after a week in which he tried to block it.

What the sources establish
National Assembly of Pakistan carries the official instrument or communique. Reuters records the same dated act independently.
Established: a 10 April 2022 no-confidence vote removing him, independently reported.
Not established: that the CIA authored the vote, or a unique later inflation coefficient from the night.
He lost coalition arithmetic. The Court had restored the session. He did not cast the deciding ballots.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies National Assembly removes Imran Khan on a no-confidence vote, not a later speech about National Assembly removes Imran Khan on a no-confidence vote.
Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to The House voted. He lost coalition arithmetic. The Court had restored the session. He did not cast the deciding ballots. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
