The order took effect on 21 December 2024 for two years. Recipients must carry a DOL notice and are barred from receiving financial benefit from those platforms. The POFMA Office said five Correction Directions had been issued to TJC from August to December 2024 over statements about prisoners awaiting capital punishment.
