On 25 September 2018 the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control designated Delcy Eloína Rodríguez Gómez, then executive vice-president of Venezuela, under E.O. 13692, adding RODRIGUEZ GOMEZ, Delcy Eloina to the SDN list with Cilia Flores, Vladimir Padrino López, and Jorge Rodríguez. She had been vice-president since 14 June 2018.
