Companies House

Companies House is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies, an executive agency sponsored by the Department for Business and Trade. It incorporates and dissolves limited companies, maintains the statutory register of company information, and makes that information available to the public. Its functions include registering company details, receiving and publishing annual accounts and confirmation statements, and recording information about directors and registered office addresses.
