Not established: That the 15 May Candlelight bar is his Contribution, or a unique 2023 turnout coefficient.

He made the free-and-fair statement. The May bar was Hun Sen’s premiership.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies National Assembly endorses Hun Manet as prime minister after a barred-opposition poll, not a later speech about National Assembly endorses Hun Manet as prime minister after a barred-opposition poll.

Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to Parliament endorsed him. He made the free-and-fair statement. The May bar was Hun Sen’s premiership. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
