What the sources establish
National Assembly of Nicaragua carries the official instrument or communique. Reuters records the same dated act independently.
Established: The Assembly approved co-presidency and a six-year term on 30 January 2025; in force 18 February.
Not established: A unique later succession coefficient from Murillo, or that the July 2026 speech is this same vote.
The FSLN Assembly voted unanimously. Murillo became co-president under the text.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies National Assembly gives final approval to co-presidency and a six-year term, not a later speech about National Assembly gives final approval to co-presidency and a six-year term.
Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He proposed. The FSLN Assembly voted unanimously. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
