EU Designates First Six Digital Markets Act Gatekeepers
On 6 September 2023 the European Commission designated the first six 'gatekeepers' under the Digital Markets Act, Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, ByteDance, Meta and Microsoft, covering 22 core platform services.
