The Times of London holds an exclusive contract on the tomb’s news as Carter digs
In late 1922 Lord Carnarvon’s arrangement with The Times restricted first news of KV62 to a London paper. In the causal graph this event weakens Digital Learning Access, a driver that weakens Learning Poverty Rate (low- and middle-income countries) — a worsening welfare path.

In late 1922 Lord Carnarvon’s arrangement with The Times restricted first news of KV62 to a London paper. Tutankhamun did not sell a serial. Egyptian and other journalists were fenced out.
Context
A paid exclusive can fund a dig and can also privatise a national find. Split the 26 November ‘wonderful things’ knowledge gain onto its own row.
Tutankhamun is not the sole author of every later object, law, or museum label that uses the name. Shared work with courts, excavators, printers, spouses, officials, and later states does not erase a documented role, and it does not make an ancient person the signer of a twentieth-century statute.

Named 18th-Dynasty king as heading of later finds and editions. Excavators, museums, and states publish the instrument.

What the sources establish
Later competitions, monuments, translations, UNESCO listings, and museums are not converted into extra lifetime acts. That reading is an impact-path choice, not a property stored on the Fact itself. Confidence is stated on the impact path. A later English edition is not a recovered autograph. If a number is not in the two records named above, it is not supplied here.
