Context

The 9 June 2023 Cuba agreement sat as parent. The 31 December 2022 five-group announcement, which the ELN denied, and Decreto 4 of January 2023 sit as earlier neighbours. He did not sit as every checkpoint officer.

Law 2272 is the parent statute. Expiry 3 August 2024 is a later child. Catatumbo 2025 is a later rupture.
