What the sources establish
Reuters carries the official instrument or communique. Al Jazeera records the same dated act independently.
Established: He announced the dissolution of the council and cabinet on 25 October 2021 and declared a state of emergency. Hamdok was detained.
Not established: A unique 25 October death integer, or that Hamdok or Hemedti are minted Person rows.
Sharing TMC history with Hemedti is not a reason to drop 25 October 2021.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies Burhan dissolves the Sovereign Council and Hamdok cabinet on television, not a later speech about Burhan dissolves the Sovereign Council and Hamdok cabinet on television.
Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He announced and held the dissolution. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
