Context
Hemedti commanded RSF and was TMC deputy. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan chaired the TMC and is live. Doctors’ groups reported 128 on the day. Those tallies disagree. This page does not invent a unique integer.
3 June dispersal; 4 June HRW note; 17 November 2019 HRW report. Stored as one 3 June 2019 Fact. Keep RSF-led forces disperse the Khartoum sit-in with lethal force on 2019-06-03 separate from neighbouring Hemedti instruments.
The commander of Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces can order a sit-in dispersal, move columns into Khartoum, and impose a siege. He does not write Human Rights Watch reports, OHCHR El Fasher notes, or IPC famine classifications.

What the sources establish
Human Rights Watch carries the official instrument or communique. Human Rights Watch records the same dated act independently.
Established: HRW recorded RSF-led forces opening fire on the Khartoum sit-in on 3 June 2019. Tallies of the dead are contested across doctors, ministry, and later HRW research.
Sharing TMC membership with Burhan is not a reason to drop 3 June 2019.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies RSF-led forces disperse the Khartoum sit-in with lethal force, not a later speech about RSF-led forces disperse the Khartoum sit-in with lethal force.
Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He commanded RSF. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
