On 20 June 2018 the National Assembly adopted the Seventh Amendment to the Fundamental Law, adding a constitutional-identity clause against foreign population settlement, authorising a separate administrative-court system, and banning habitual living in public spaces. The Venice Commission later criticised the package. This Fact is that amendment sitting. It is not the 2011 Fundamental Law, not the 2013 Fourth Amendment, and not a personality. The Assembly bill is the official file; the Venice Commission opinion is the independent file.
