From 30 September 2025 Budi Madani RON95 (Budi95) set subsidised RON95 at RM1.99 a litre for Malaysian licence-holders with MyKad, capped at 300 litres a month (e-hailing excepted), while non-citizens and large firms paid about RM2.60. Anwar announced it on 22 September.

Context

Diesel 2024 sat as parent method. MOF and KPDN implement. He does not sit as every pump. A two-tier citizen price is still a dated subsidy-retargeting instrument.
