What the sources establish
Associated Press (contemporaneous record of the mutiny) carries the official instrument or communique. Reuters records the same dated act independently.
Established: a 24 June 2023 Wagner mutiny in which Prigozhin named Shoigu as a target, independently recorded the same day.
Not established: a unique camp-level head-count, or that remaining in office is a completed criminal conviction.
Prigozhin marched. The president settled the mutiny. This page does not mint Prigozhin.. A later repeal, court stay, or successor order would be a different Fact with a different date. That pair identifies Wagner names Shoigu as the target of the 24 June 2023 mutiny, not a later speech about Wagner names Shoigu as the target of the 24 June 2023 mutiny.
Co-authors and later implementers named in Context remain on the file. If a later repeal, stay, or successor instrument exists, it needs its own date and its own row. The contribution described on this Person row is limited to He was the named defence-minister target and remained in office. Prigozhin marched. The president settled the mutiny. This page does not mint Prigozhin. That limit is the alternative to treating office-holding as authorship of every later series.
