Cabello accused detained humanitarian worker Manuel Tique of paramilitary recruitment

After Colombian humanitarian worker Manuel Alejandro Tique was detained while entering Venezuela for work, Human Rights Watch reported that Cabello publicly claimed Tique was using NGO affiliation as cover for recruiting for paramilitary groups.
